Booking.com 2025 Traveller Review Award

It’s no easy task to maintain a high level and quality of product and service over a 12-month period. This booking.com award relates to over 1300 booked nights in one block of apartments over the 2024 calendar year.

All the credit has to go to my team. They strives every day to maintain spotless clean properties, and provide a high level of service to our guests. We’re not perfect and some days we are below our best. I’m the first to admit it. It’s hard to stay happy and welcoming sometimes when drunk guests lose their keys in the middle of the night. Hei aha!. We do our best.

Overall in 2024 we’ve been an A+ most of the time with the occasional B+ thrown in. I’m proud of the team and know they will keep pushing to be more consistent for 2025.
