Terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is: Dunedin Property Management Tāpui Limited with a registered office at 104 Bond St, Dunedin 9013.

  2. The offer is open to the public.

  3. The offer is 0% property management fee and $0 inspection fees for properties for a period of 3 months immediately after signing their new Management Authority with Dunedin Property Management. The offer does not include any third party expenses such as marketing (e.g. Trademe), maintenance, third party inspection fees, legal expenses or fines related to the tenancy of the property.

  4. The offer includes any period that the property is untenanted and does not generate revenue.

  5. Valid acceptance of the 3 month free sign up offer is by the signing of new Management Authority by an owner and Dunedin Property Management between the dates of 1 December 2020 and 31 March 2022 (or by negotiation).

  6. The offer is subject to a minimum contract period of 12 months from the execution date of the Management Authority.

  7. Any incorrect or false information provided may result in removal of the 3 month offer.

  8. No responsibility can be accepted for agreements not received for whatever reason.

  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the offer will be notified to the public as soon as possible by the promoter.

  10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate offer details supplied to any person by any third party connected with this offer.

  11. The prize is only applicable to long term residential property management and not short term holiday accommodation.

  12. The prize may not be transferred or fees refunded.

  13. If the owner chooses to end their management contract early (before the 12 months period is up) then they are liable for the associated fees from the 3 months free period.

  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the offer will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

  16. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current NZ data protection and privacy legislation.

  17. Signing up to this offer will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  18. This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
