How do good tenants find their next home?
Trademe - still the most important location when looking for a new home. All of our property advertising incorporates a Trademe listing.
Social media - a very strong second and underated source is Facebook / Instagram. Great Facebook marketing will get your property in front of many potential tenants and will allow great word of online word of mouth.
Google search - this is particularly important for international tenants who don’t have a local connections or knowledge of the NZ market.
Word of mouth - very significant and more important as people are able to share quickly and easily via online means.

90% of the tenant research process happens online prior to visiting the property. We want the tenant to be able to make the best decision prior to a viewing the property. As such we create and promote huge amounts of video content. We want the potential tenant when they apply to have already ticked off most of the boxes.

Over the years we have accrued a large list of current and potential tenants. We are constantly in contact with them so that we know when they are looking and if a property comes available that fits their needs.
