Announcement: Dunedin Property Management Short Stays

Starting in July 2021, Dunedin Property Management is excited to expand our services to property investors and property owners by offering short term holiday accommodation management. There are a number of advantages of renting your property as holiday accommodation. Some properties are just better suited to be short stay holiday accommodation and now we have an amazing team to offer that service to you.

Dunedin Property Management has partnered with Chris & Adrienne Roy to offer short term accommodation to guests travelling to Dunedin. Chris & Adrienne are veterans in the Dunedin motel industry having owned 4 different motels since 2007 and currently owning Aurora on George. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to provide the best experience for our short term guests and the best return on investments for our holiday accommodation owners.

We will be promoting these properties via Airbnb, through other traditional short term accommodation booking providers but also directly on our website and our social media.
