We want them to communicate with us. But to make sure, we undertake quarterly routine inspections. This allows us to catch things before it becomes a problem. Then finally when something does happen and inevitably it will (yesterday it was a burst water cylinder) then we move fast (in conjunction with the owner) to stop the damage and fix to core problem. Right from the outset we want to know more about you so we can customise our communication to your needs. Some owners like a call, others an email, and some like to meet for a coffee. We get to know you and try to build a channel for good communication. We use the best property management systems in Australasia giving you up to the minute information about every aspect of your property including: financials, maintenance and more. Behind all our systems are people and if need be you can still just pick up the phone and give us a call.
