Welcome!

We are excited to welcome Kim Mackenzie to the Dunedin Property Management team as a Senior Property Manager. She is Dunedin born and bred but has spent a lot of time living and working in other parts of country. Kim has a passion for property and along with her husband has been buying, doing up and selling investment properties for over 20 years.

Kim brings many years of property management experience to the role having worked at other property management companies in Dunedin. She also brings strong management and customer service experience that will be essential for Dunedin Property Management in the next few years.

Kim will focus on improving the management of our existing portfolio of properties, onboarding new properties, and building systems that allows our company to grow.

Kim will be driving around in a Dunedin Property Management vehicle so don’t hesitate to stop her and say hello.
