Summary
General residential property management services fall under the in-home services category except for open-home rental viewings which fall under the rules for gatherings.
Dunedin Property Management will operate under the following premises:
without My Vaccine Pass being used
will meet the requirements for Red at all times and not change for Orange or Green
will operate as if all tenants are unvaccinated
will apply this policy to all employees, and suppliers
At the office
All employees located in the office will be fully vaccinated.

Viewings
The staff member running the viewing will be fully vaccinated and will wear a mask at all times.

Inspections
The staff member undertaking the inspection will be fully vaccinated, wear a mask at all times and the inspection will be contactless.
Tenants will be asked to leave the home during the inspection.
Suppliers
Dunedin Property Management will only use suppliers that are fully vaccinated to perform maintenance, cleaning or any task at a property we manage. Suppliers will need to confirm their vaccination status in writing before commencing work on any jobs.
